Justin L. Mauney has been included in the 2015 “Legal Elite” in Family Law list published by Business North Carolina Magazine.
Since 2002, Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite has compiled the state’s top lawyers in business-related categories. The selection process consists of ballots being sent to more than 20,000 attorneys who are active members of the North Carolina State Bar. These attorneys are asked to select the top lawyer in each field. Lawyers may not vote for themselves and can only vote for members of their own firms if they also chose someone outside of their firm in the same category. With more weight given to outside votes, about three percent of the state’s lawyers were named to the 2015 Legal Elite list.
