Kelley Cash is certified as a Family Law Specialist by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.  She focuses her practice on all aspects of North Carolina family law litigation and negotiations.

Kelley received her Bachelor of Arts in journalism and mass communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2007. In 2012, she received her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. Kelley was selected for inclusion as a “Rising Star” in family law by the publication North Carolina Super Lawyers in 2021 and 2022.   

While in law school, Kelley served as Executive Editor of the North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation. She also served as the Attorney General of the Graduate and Professional Schools Honor System and was part of the Domestic Violence Clinic, where she represented victims of domestic violence.

She is a member of the Family Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Wake County Bar Association.  Before joining Wake Family Law Group in 2013, Kelley was an Assistant District Attorney in Wake County.
