The North Carolina Bar Association’s (NCBA) Women in the Profession Committee has completed two training videos for litigants in child custody trials. These videos are geared toward litigants who do not have attorneys, but they are also good resources for parents who are working with attorneys.
The videos are approximately 20 minutes long and are posted on the North Carolina Legal Aid website at the link below. The NCBA videos are the last two: “Custody Trials in North Carolina” and “How to Prepare for a Custody Trial in North Carolina.”
