Our front desk will connect you with an administrative staff member who will take information from you (all confidential) in order to set up an initial consultation with an attorney.
If you do not have a specific attorney in mind, our administrative staff members can provide you information about our attorneys (such as attorney rates and availability) to help you set up a consultation.
Our initial consultations are not free, and the fee for the consultation is generally based on the hourly rate of the attorney with whom you are meeting. We offer a wide range of attorney rates.
Most initial consultations take 1-2 hours, and the consultation fee is due at the end of the meeting. The initial consultation fee is for the office consultation only, and no further action is taken by WFLG in your case unless you choose to retain the firm to handle your family law matter.
We recommend that you arrive at our office 10-15 minutes early the day of your initial consultation to complete our new client paperwork. We always like to meet our prospective clients in person, but if you cannot come to our office for a consultation, our paralegals can work with you to arrange a telephone consultation.
