Lindsay Willis is an Of Counsel attorney at Wake Family Law Group who has exclusively practiced family law in the Triangle area since graduating from Campbell University School of Law in 2013.
Prior to receiving her J.D. from Campbell Law, Lindsay graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2005 with a B.A. in Art History. Before beginning her legal career, she worked for community banks in the Triangle, where she developed a deeper understanding of financial matters and the importance of building strong personal relationships with clients. During law school, Lindsay knew she wanted a career centered on working directly with people, making family law a natural fit.
Lindsay and her Wake Family Law Group colleague Misty Hardison are cousins who come from a family of strong, accomplished women. Lindsay’s great grandmother was one of the first women to graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and her grandmother was one of the first women to serve in the North Carolina State House of Representatives. Lindsay and Misty both take great pride in their family’s legacy of leadership and achievement.
Lindsay has frequently been recognized in Business North Carolina magazine’s Legal Elite for family law. She is a member of the Wake County Bar Association and has completed Family Financial Mediation training. Lindsay also serves on the Board of Directors for the Triangle Educational Advancement Foundation (TEAF), a North Carolina nonprofit that provides scholarships to deserving students and operates the annual John Wall Holiday Invitational basketball tournament.
Outside of her practice, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and their three daughters, especially visiting the North Carolina mountains and coast.
