Kelley Cash was admitted to the practice of law in North Carolina in 2012 and focuses her practice on all aspects of North Carolina family law litigation and negotiations. She a member of the Family Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Wake County Bar Association.
Kelley received her Bachelor of Arts in journalism and mass communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2007. In 2012, she received her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.
While in law school, Kelley served as Executive Editor of the North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation. She also served as the Attorney General of the Graduate and Professional Schools Honor System.
Prior to attending law school, Kelley worked as a paralegal for the D.C. Children’s Law Center and Covington and Burling, LLP, in Washington, D.C. Before joining the Wake Family Law Group, she was an Assistant District Attorney in Wake County.
Kelley lives with her husband and daughter in Raleigh.
